Tilly my manager makes a big difference where I work.  She always gives good feedback when you do something right.  You know where you stand and that makes one feel a whole lot better about working there.

That does it for me.

Her predecessor was exactly the opposite. Always criticising and hardly ever a good word for anyone.  The place was negative and you always felt as if you had to watch your back.
