Welcome.  This forum is for talking about the people in your world who do things that lift and inspire you.  Ethical people who are passionate about what they do.

Where I grew up adults held the view that children should be seen not heard.  The adults in my childhood were good at catching you doing something wrong.  "Sit still". "Keep quiet".  "Do your homework".  "Did you mow the lawn?"  You grew up careful not to say the wrong thing.  Your best bet was to keep a low profile and out of trouble.

That wasn't a good place to be.  It took a while to grow out of it.

It's far better to catch someone doing something right instead.  Something that makes your world a better place.  Then give them the recognition they deserve.  That's a far better investment than running around looking for things that people do wrong.  It nurtures the right behaviour and sets a good example.
