Mogaladi's training is base on community training and other services practically. The company name is a cultural meaning based on family background to both my father and mother's family.They were advisable families who want to see poeple working hard for themselves for their own future.Mogaladi's training will provide training and other services to the community, especially towards rural area.This can encourage,motivate,develop and build cofidence to the public country wide with quality training and skills towards the standard of education "practically".People should be trained and be skillful to better their lifes.In my spare time prefer to do catering especially traditional food as I'm passionate about it and other home skills like electricity, manufacturing,agriculture, farming and construction.
"I look quite and soft but I am a hardworking and helpful someone". I prefer to apply what I think practically.My skills development needs base on what I have obtained or completed and others is just a natural gift.
I have obtained ND In Public Management and Administration,Receptionist,Training Advisor's course, ICDL, Assessor's course and other business courses from Quality Executive Development at MTN. My training experince was more on Typing, Computing all levels,business skills like Reception,Telephone techniques, Office admin, Business english(communication in english) and Human resource. My hand skills based on manufacturing(Knitting and sewing),farming,agriculture/farming,electricity and construction which I still have to express myself on it as I was just doing that at my spare time at home and I want to pass my knowlegde to others to help themself.
